Can you kill a good car battery by jumping it if the battery is good?

My sister car wouldn't start, so I told her to get a jump. Now she's saying her car battery is dead, Hinze my question. Can you kill a good car battery by jumping it if the battery is good?
jump starting should not do any damage to the good battery. it can blow a fuse or damage a charging system and a pcm if you connect the two together with one running.
Her battery must of been dead anyway I would try jumping it again and take it to a local battery supplier who will do a battery test then point you in the right direction. Or just buy a new battery online. Can you kill a good car battery by jumping it if the battery is good?
As long as the cables were correctly connected, her battery was probably dead in the first place.
Correctly connected cables should not kill a good battery...Can you kill a good car battery by jumping it if the battery is good?
If her battery was thar good, WHY did she need a jump start?
If done correctly, no.
