I am looking to get the porta jump car battery jumper for my daughter in case of emergency. Are there any other products out there that would be better than this, that woudl allow her to instantly jump her dead battery so that she doesnt have to get out in the cold and find a stranger to jump the car with|||I'm using the following:

I love the fact that it also has an air compressor built in it.|||firstly you don't say where you are in this big wide world but the jump starter i would recommend would need to be at least 900 amps of cranking power but i suggest you talk to your mechanic and get his advice and maybe an auto electrician|||They have them at places like Target and Walmart. I paid $65 for mine.For about $100 a year, a car insurance agency like AAA will sell you road assistance where you can call them and they will send a truck to start the car for you.
