Is it advisable idling my car ten seconds before driving to maintain the car battery?

1 car trip = 2 miles, and I drive the car three days a week. How about idling it after I finish driving? In other words, what can I do to maintain the car battery? My last car battery died out after seven months but I have never left the car lights on.Is it advisable idling my car ten seconds before driving to maintain the car battery?
2 miles is more than enough to charge it from the starting drain. And 10 seconds of idling adds nothing to that. You probably just had a bad battery. Is it advisable idling my car ten seconds before driving to maintain the car battery?
just driving 2 mi 3 x a week is gona kill that car fast,,not just battery,,,exaust system and everthing else [rings,,valves] drive it for 20/30 min one day a week...sunday driver???Is it advisable idling my car ten seconds before driving to maintain the car battery?
battery no they hold a good charge and charge kinda fast, but your engine wares( faster if it is driven cold, warm your car up before you go anywhere, there is something called a safe operation temperature and it is between 118F and210F when something is cold its is tighter,
