What could be causing the car battery to die?

My 2001 Toyota Avalon has a new battery, but it keeps dying. The battery can be charged and the car will start just fine. Overnight, however, it dies again. What could it be? How much will it cost to find out the cause?

Thanks.|||Your vehicle has a parasitic draw somewhere you need to take it to a reputable shop (not the dealer) and have the vehicle tested! (the most common things to cause a draw on the Avalon are the radio amplifier and the trunk ajar switch)|||Your battery is being discharged by a parasitic draw overnight or the alternator isn't charging properly. Take it back to to your local Toyota dealer. The cost depends upon how long it takes to find and correct the problem.|||It sounds like you need to replace the battery.|||faulty battery|||It is your alternator not charging when your car is in use so it's draining
