Is it possible to charge a car battery with a deep cycle battery?

I left the lights on in my car and now the battery has no charge. To make things worse, it's parked in a place where it would be impossible to jump it from another car. I have a 100ah deep cycle battery that's fully charged, is it possible to charge the car battery from it?|||Sure you can charge your battery from another if it has enough charge in it. good luck|||as long as its 12volts and have enough crank amp you should be able to jump it with a battery but i think 100a might now be enough most car battery are 400-600|||you cannot charge a battery that way.you could fit that battery or jump it to the flat battery
