I believe my girlfreinds' car battery has kicked the bucket.
If I wanted it tested at say, autozone or something, does it need to be in the car, or can I remove the battery, take it, and have them test it?|||As to the cheapest battery, I prefer quality, myself. Interstate Battery sells "blems" or "seconds" at discount that work as good as new but had a slight defect that was corrected. Interstate makes the best car and truck battery in this country.|||You can pull it out and have it tested at an Autozone or similar store. Buy a quality brand name battery. It is one of a few components on your car that you don't want to skimp $ on.|||It is easier to take the battery out and take it to them. This will not test the charging system but will tell if the battery is the problem.|||Yes ,you can take the battery and they can test it . I've done it . And then if you actually need a new one , you get money back for the old one , I think like $40.00 . Good luck|||auto zone will test it for free even bring it in if you disconnect it|||Walmart is very cheap!! just did this last week!
